Intent

My inspiration in writing this blog is music first and foremost.  I hope to help others discover new music and to help artists find new fans.  I mainly want to feature whatever I am listening to at the moment which will be a mix of old and new.  I like all kinds of music but tend to find a dark thread that runs though the largest portion of it, hence my nickname.  

Posting will be based on motivation and time.  I would like to post at least weekly, but I don't think that will be possible.  There are often periods where I am not inspired by the new music I am hearing, then another period may come when I am overwhelmed by a lot of great music all at once.  So I apologize in advance for the ebb and flow, feast or famine, you may encounter subscribing to this blog.  Still I think you may find some great music if you are tolerant of the erratic schedule.
