Gregory Alan Isakov

 

Discovered him on bandcamp and had to buy all of his studio albums.  I got them last week and have been listening through them.  His songwriting, his voice, the instrumentation and composition is just super smooth, soothing, calming... like a warm summer evening.  I kept thinking one of them might not be as good as the others, or one might be much better than the others.  But each album has its own personality and thematic quality.
